I’m a long time Reddit lover, and I mostly use it to learn and read about true crime, as well as a few other interests of mine. I contribute regularly to community discussions, and I’ve acquired a decent amount of ‘karma’ relatively quickly. But I’ve yet to create a write up of my own, which I’ve been thinking about doing for some time now. I’m not even sure I’m posting this question in the right way or in the right place, but I’m just looking for general advice on how to do a proper, Reddit approved write up. There are so many writers on here that I have so much respect for just because of the strength of their work and their writing. So if anyone has any advice or helpful hints that they might wanna send my way, please feel free to help me out! I think I’ve already settled on the case that I want to cover, and I spent a lot of time making sure it isn’t one that everyone already knows of and is sick of reading about. I wanted something fresh and something local to me (I’m in AZ.) So now that I know what I want to write about, I’m just looking for tips on how to start, and any other advice you guys may have for someone in my situation who’s never done a write up before. Thanks guys, I hope I posted this question to the right place haha.
Appreciate you all, and I’m grateful for your suggestions! Thank you!
